“Founded in 2016 by NIFT graduate Anupriya Mridha and entrepreneur Amlan Mandal, Vani Vrtti began as a home art studio in Koraput's Eastern Ghats. The brand weaves together nature-inspired design with the centuries-old craft of Odisha's tussar silk and ikat artisans — creating a direct livelihood pipeline from weaver to buyer. Today based in Bengaluru, every saree is a slow, intentional object: handspun, handwoven, and named after motifs drawn from Adivasi art and the natural world.”
